Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders over $199 CAD (before tax) to Canadian Provinces! For orders less than $199 CAD, we offer low shipping rates.

Fishing rods will incur an additional $10 handling fee per shipment, even if the total order is over $199 CAD and eligible for free shipping.



Any damaged product must be signed for and noted on the packing slip at the time of pick up or delivery. It is your responsibility to inspect the product and report to Fishing Tackle Store immediately upon discovery.

Claims of damaged product that are not noted on the packing slip, or claims that are made more than 5 business days after delivery, will be denied.



If you are not fully satisfied with your products, you can return any unused and unopened products to Fishing Tackle Store. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number, and provide the following:

  • Fishing Tackle Store’s item code
  • Purchase date
  • Invoice number

Returns must be unopened, unused and in its original package to be approved for a refund. Used items, final sale items, clearance items or items that are returned in an non-sellable condition are not eligible for return.

All shipping charges are your responsibility. Fishing Tackle Store is not responsible for loss or damage of items approved for return, therefore, we advise that you ship all returns via insured shipment methods to avoid loss or damage.

If you received free shipping on the initial order, the final refund issued for your return will be less the actual value of this free shipping charge.


Deadline for Returns

No product will be considered for return over 14 days from delivery date.



Charges and shipping times are based on shipment type, package size and weight. Expedited shipment types are available; listed in the checkout on the Website. Shipments will be delivered in 7-10 business days.


Tracking a Shipment

Shipments can be tracked by logging on to the Website. Shipments can also be tracked with the provided shipment tracking number in the confirmation e-mail.


Areas of Service

Fishing Tackle Store delivers across Canada. Additional shipping charges may be incurred for deliveries to certain locations and will be advised prior to shipping.


Shipment Errors

If there is an error with your shipment, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.


Lost Shipments

In the rare situation where your shipment is lost by the carrier, we will attempt find your items. A trace will be initiated with the carrier and if there is no movement on the tracking, the terminals that your package went through will be checked. If your shipment is delivered but not to you, the driver that delivered the package will be asked to confirm where it was delivered to.

Traces and dock checks with the carrier will take approximately 7 business days. If the shipment is found, we will continue the delivery to you. If it is lost, we will work with you to provide an alternate resolution.
